This is a pepperoni roll made by Ilar Homestead and Bakery of St. Albins. It’s made with my yellow cornmeal and sorghum. This is an excellent pepperoni roll!!

Hi everybody! I am at the sc_farmers_market today! This will be my last visit this year! I’ve had a great time and am looking forward to coming back next year! Hope to see you soon.

The sorghum crop was growing so well then I got some wind this week which knocked some down. I don’t believe it was a large area that has been damaged so if nothing else happens then I should still have a good crop this year!
