We may be just what you've been missing in your life!

We are a very small agriculture service that focuses on poultry litter handling in the four state area. We've been serving this area for over 26 years with poultry house cleanouts, litter hauling and litter application. As we enter into the 2026 planting season we are looking to fill seats in trucks but not with just any warm body.

We are needing an individual that wants to be part of a team, our team now is tight nit, we all strive to communicate with eachother on plans no matter what your position is. Someone that that can find a way over challenges as we do face new challenges often it seems. We require a class A CDL and some experience. We also expect the individual to be here Monday-Friday and can work 10-14 hours most days. We run Peterbilt 379's and a few cascadia's but all are standard transmissions so please no automatic restrictions. Must have some experience maintaining your truck/trailer, we don't expect you to be able to adjust the clutch or know how to change brake pads but do expect you to be able to replace mudflaps or change a light bulb and similar tasks.

I've shared what we expect of you, now let me share what you can expect.

- Starting pay $21/ hour with time and a half over time over 40 hours
- Your health insurance paid for 100% and health insurance offered to your family
- 401K company match
- Uniform ( Not deducted from your check)
- Work 2-3 Saturdays a year
- Gaining experience in machinery
- Time can be flexible, for example if you have kids in sports and you need to be at a game, you can start earlier in the day or make up for the time on another day if needed

We are family oriented and know and understand that family comes before work. While we have a job to do and do well we need you to be 100% on the job and that starts before you leave home.

Turkey Creek Farms is looking for one candidate to join our team.

We are a small agriculture service located north of Joplin, Mo and serve the whole 4state area.

Candidates are required to have a Class A CDL and have at least 3 years of experience. Equipment (skid steer, tractor, or excavator’s for example) operating experience would be a plus but not expected. Main focus for candidate would consist of hauling poultry litter most days and operating equipment or working around the shop the other days. There’s only 6-7 of us on a typical day and we enjoy communicating and working together towards the same goal each week.

We run Monday-Friday and only work a handful of Saturday’s a year. Typical day consists of leaving the shop around 5am and returning around 4-5 pm. Some days go longer but we don’t shoot for that.

We pay hourly starting at $21/hour with time and a half overtime. Direct deposit w/ bi weekly pay.
