The Hosman family has been farming in Greene County for 7 generations. We are excited to offer pasture raised beef from our farm to your home. We implement regenerative practices to be the best stewards of the land that we can possibly be. We offer Custom cuts, Tallow products, 1/4, 1/2, & Whole beefs and are more than happy to answer any questions to make the process of getting a quality protein

product into your freezer. We take pride in raising the 8th generation to love the land as much as we do! We would love to share our locally raised beef with you and your family.

WELCOME!!!
We’re navigating expanding our beef inventory and storage over the next year.

Thank you for being patient with us! It’s about a two year process from raising our calves to finish so nothing happens overnight.

We ask that if you want to guarantee a beef share for you and your family to please reach out to get on our reservation list.
Our next beef shares are looking to be available possibly by January & then again in the spring.

We still have plenty of inventory online for 417 pick up & delivery options with a full restock coming later September.

Yesturday is about as long as days get around here. We delivered our July beefs to the butcher & spent many hours listening to the FM radio bringing in an abundance of hay to wet wrap!

Done by 1 am & grateful for all the help we had between family watching our babies, helping out in the field & keeping us hydrated!

Grateful & tired today!
