Alright y’all!!! Sunday is the day, Shrine Mosque is the place, SWMO Bike Show & Swap Meet is the event, food bell rings at 730 am. Breakfast and full menu will be available. The Hillbillies have cooked up a few new items for this year including CHILI CHZ CURLY FRIES, FRITO PIE, and for this event we will be offering a BOWL O CHILI.

Announcement!!! We are stoked to announce our first event for 2026. SWMO BIKE SHOW AND SWAP MEET at the Shrine March 1st. More info to come.

All right y’all!! Pumpkin Daze is here. We will serve as early as they let us. Open time is noon but we’ll be ready way before, but hard to describe where we’re located, just find the food trailers and you’ll see us. Slingin skillet, chicken tenders and curly fries, basket of fries, and a couple new items being Hillbilly Frito Pie, and Chili cheese curly fries!! Come get your grub on!!

SEYMOUR!!! Holy smokes!!! We had ourselves a time for sure!!!! Thanks to everyone that got their grub on with us. Hey y’all! Location update for Seymour Apple Festival. We will be on the southwest corner next to the Lyon’s Club.
Slingin hours:
Thursday - 12 - till done
Friday - Breakfast as early as possible till we done!!
Saturday - same as friday!!
Cant wait!!!

Let the countdown begin! 14 sleeps until it’s go time for Seymour Apple Festival. Couple new options for this years event. We will be offering a few new drink options with our regular menu including:
Hillbilly Skillet
Chicken Tenders with Curly Fries
Curly Fry Basket
Breakfast Skillet
Breakfast served Friday and Saturday mornings. If the lights are on we’re slingin!!!

And introducing our Hillbilly Frito Pie. Limited quantities to start so get yours early.
