I finally made my first Holy Cow Cookie… and cutting it open to find that fudgy brownie center?!

Yeah. I think we have a new farm stand favorite. 😂

Chocolate chip cookie + homemade brownie center = one seriously ridiculous cookie.

🍪❤️ A LITTLE CHANGE ❤️🍪

As the garden season starts winding down, I’m changing things up at the farm stand!

I’ve decided I’m going to step away from sourdough baking. As much as I love baking, sourdough just takes more time than I have right now with farm life, kids, and everything else going on around here. 😂

BUT… that doesn’t mean the bakery is going away! In fact, I’m excited to have a little more fun with it. 🥰

Instead of spending all day waiting on dough, I’m going to be filling the stand with homemade “HOLY COW” cookies, brownies, bars, breads, cinnamon rolls, pies, seasonal treats, and some CRAZY new creations.

I’m talking the kind of goodies you see and think:

“Okay, I need to go get that.” 😂

I’ll be doing smaller, limited bakery drops so I can keep everything fresh and manageable.

The garden may be slowing down, but Katherine isn’t! ❤️

We’ve been a little quiet around here lately, but we’ve got some farm stand updates! ❤️

We still have fresh milk, eggs, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, jalapeños, bell peppers, sweet peppers & banana peppers!

Zucchini and yellow squash are officially done for the season. 🥒 And our chickens helped themselves to the spaghetti squash 😂 so we’ll see if any new ones decide to grow!

🌧️ The doors are shut today because of the rain, but you can still slide them open and shop!

I’m also changing things up a little with the baked goods! 🥖🍪 With life being as crazy as it is right now, I can’t promise specific days for goodies in the stand. I’ll always post the day before when I’ll have baked goods available! ❤️
