Saint Fox Cider Co is a local Orchard Direct Dry Hard Cider Company in Springfield, MO and we have two options for you to try:

- Saint Fox Rosé Cider: This blend of Cider and Wine started as a small-run passion project and is now our most popular flagship. Because this cider is continually blended and released throughout the year the interplay of wine grapes and apples evolves as the months speed by. Within that dialogue, you can count on flavors of Apple rounded by light touches Peach, Watermelon, and Cherry.

StrongField: This is the first still cider they have released and is blended to blur the lines between cider, white wine, and sour beer. It features tart peaches from Gardener’s Orchard north of the city that they were able to find purpose for after the fruit was hail damaged during the growing season. StrongField is brightly tart with subtle layers of sweet peach and apple skin threaded through an aged character that encapsulates the fields it comes from.
