Elderberry Edge Farm is small, modern, and rooted in the community. Family owned and operated aimed at supplying locals with freshness. Our acre of elderberries is made into elderberry syrup and elderberry jelly with the largest amount of the elderberry harvest being sold to the local winery (7c’s) to make a delicious elderberry wine. Vegetables are grown to sell at the Ash Grove Farmers Market, with blackberries and watermelon being some of the local favorites. Some of our other crops include green beans, garlic, cucumbers, pumpkins, elder flower tea & our newest crop, loofah gourds. Elderberry cuttings are offered online in March. Garlic for planting is offered online in September. Our new and very unique loofah goat milk soap is offered online throughout the year as new batches cure.
