As we enter our final week, online ordering is now open.

Pre-orders are limited to Half Dozen and Full Dozen Beignets only. Orders will close once we reach capacity or by 4 PM on Thursday—whichever comes first.

This approach allows us to fully prepare for the weekend demand.

Dippers, drinks, and select menu items (including sliders) will be available for walk-in guests only, while supplies last.

On Sunday, the entire Bilstad family will be on site to share memories and personally thank this community for an incredible six years.

🤯 We haven’t seen a crowd like that since opening the café four years ago. Thank you for showing up the way you did.
We’re truly sorry we sold out in just one hour.
Next weekend will be our final weekend open, and we’re adjusting production to make sure there are plenty of beignets for everyone who wants one last visit.
