Happy sunday! Breakfast hash! With my moms famous #sofrito of course! A hash is so verasitle, you can throw in almost anything. Today is one red potato, sweet potato, organic chopped turkey breast (can subsitute for anything you want) chopped shallot, himalayan sea salt, black pepper, garlic, a dash of tumeric. Sprinkle with your favorite chopped herb. I used cilantro (great detoxifier) but thyme, rosemary, basil, oregano or parsley would be great too!
