4th maple boil of the season, and it may be the last. Weather looks to be warming up making sap preservation difficult, as it can spoil and turn sour if it gets too warm before being boiled into syrup. We've made 7+ gallons this year so far and have another 200ish gallons of sap to boil down this weekend

Looking for a unique way to recycle your Christmas tree this year? ♻️ Donate it to Slightly Off Course Farm!

Our goats love to munch on pine needles, which are packed with vitamins and minerals. By donating your tree, you're not only giving our goats a tasty treat, but you're also helping to reduce waste.

If you have a live tree that was not treated with any pesticides or chemicals, those from The Depot and Lowes typically are:
Drop off your tree at 127 William Road, Adhburnham; right across from the American Legion, either in our long dirt driveway or the driveway up top.
