Farmdog Felix was on duty this morning - chasing this curious bear away from the chickens and up a tree. He then made sure once it came down from the tree that it would see itself off the property. Video is from about 10 minutes before Felix chased it off while it was standing in front of the electric netting scoping out the chickens and hives. He’s afraid of rain/thunder, loud noises, and is a total mommas boy - but don’t mess with his chickens 😂 that catahoula/collie/shepard instinct kicks right in.

Good Morning ☀️

Some morning farm vibes to start your day.

Roxy is getting into the mom groove with her 9 poults - and one little puff decided to take a ride. 🎢

Oscar is SEVEN (I’ve never had a rooster this old) and although he’s getting a little grumpy in his older age, he’s looking great. 🕺

Little Roo (name pending) is not only getting his crowing down, but how to get up high and look official 🫡

And we’re happy these little plants are still in the greenhouse because we’ve got a possible frost coming. Spring growing is an adventure the past five years 🥶

THE FARMSTAND IS OPEN WITH LOTS OF TOMATOES AND HANGING FLOWER BASKETS. We’ve got honey too and other good stuff. Open 10-7 - 103 Fitchburg Rd. Ashburnham 🩷✌🏻🌈

Join us and get your veggie plant starts, hanging flower baskets, pork, honey, syrup, art, and other farm products from us and our local farm friends.

All of our plants are started right here on the farm, with organic practices and are hardened off and ready for your garden planting.

We’re kicking off our 10th season on the farm and to celebrate we’ve got giveaways for our first 40 customers.

Come say hi, snag some great stuff, ask your burning farm questions, gobble at our Turkey, give some belly rubs to farm dog Felix, and know your supporting local businesses !

The first 40 customers will get a Giveaway Goodie Bag. They are filled with farm swag and a coupon or gift card for future use. Each bag has a $5 or $10 coupon. Randomly in the bags there is:
