Still here getting a few chores done for the season. As we head into a holiday weekend let’s all remember to thank Mother Earth and all the animals and plants that we will feed on and make sure we are taking what we need. Being able to donate food to those that do not have enough is an amazing way to spend a day.

We are wrapping up our season around here and that means a lot of cover crops to help feed soil and help hold in moisture while keeping our soil covered and healthy. We are also seeing our last few ripe field tomatoes 🍅 the fog was really beautiful 🤩 this morning and a stray carrot that was harvested from a footpath.
Cheers

Even in this heat we had an amazing week on the farm! We harvested corn for the first time and another bed of carrots with help of our volunteers. The tomatoes in the greenhouse are about to start coming and there is a lot! We have also started seed saving on the farm to help with seed sovereignty. I am also raising $2000 dollars to help fight food insecurity in western MA please consider donating to my pledge page. Link in bio
