Young bred dairy cow and heifers gearing up to raise your orphans. All preg checked by vet, UTD on vaccines and dewormed. All bred to a LBW Angus bull and very gentle.

***All 4 are being sold as bred cows which can serve as nurse cows when wet. We DO NOT advertise or sell milk cows for human consumption. But you are free to do so on your own ranch. We also do NOT DNA test.

Yesterday I got kind of annoyed at my Annie. She kept staying in the yard just lazing around. This morning, we figured out why. This bottle baby is up by the house as he’s the lone orphan right now. Ann took up her post protecting him and is very serious about it. There are hundreds of other sheep to guard and yet she chose him! ❤️❤️

It was just a little reminder for me that God is the same. He chooses and loves each one of us!

This dog holds my heart and has since she was born out of our Zeva.

We sold a Katahdin x Dorper fat lamb over the weekend to some friends and were able to get some yield info back, which is really cool. Typically, we aren’t able to see all that is done at a processor. They did the dispatching and slaughter themselves which is admirable! Their meat was raised not even a mile from the grill he will be put on! Their kids also got to see the process which I love!!

We raised him from birth and sold him at about 85-90 #. He yielded very well. He had alot more red meat in him than I thought and very little fat cover. Very different from the color of New Zealand lamb you can purchase at Sam’s.

It’s not easy to see but between the far left white pup and the yellow tub is a teeny little 4.5 week Anatolian cross pup who followed his mom out to the big pastures with the big sheep.

The instincts these pups possess wows me every time and makes me so incredibly proud! 🏆❤️

A few of this litter and a few from older litters are still available as well as a few older dogs. If you need peace of mind against predators and to sleep soundly all night, holler at us!

“White dogs” (aka Great Pyranees, Maremma,etc.) often get a bad rap. They roam too far, etc….

This is a ewe who got split from her friends. And to her right is a Anatolian/GP male pup who has stayed with her!! He was born November 1st! Talk about hard bonded and instinctive! He and his littermates are the last of my 2 oldest dogs that I have. Thanks to Becky Fawcett, I was able to get this litter back. We put them with sheep when I got them back on 12/2/25! They are so very cool! Without dogs, like him, I would not be able to have sheep!

🐑Complete transparency.🐑

While Derek and I are sheep (but mostly cattle) producers, we haven’t been crazy about the idea of eating lamb. Derek had never tried it until today and I had only tried it twice. We decided if we are going to keep producing it, we need to eat it! We have worked all weekend but finally got around to searing some chops on our pellet grill for lunch. I mostly wing cooking and don’t follow recipes but this was out of my comfort zone. I took 2 tiktok recipes and combined them. The end result was top knotch grilled lamb chops with a yummy cream sauce. We are hooked! I’m really sad I didn’t take a pic of the end result.

We raise hair sheep so the flavor of our’s will be milder than the Australian lamb that’s available at Sam’s. If you want to give lamb a try, give me a holler. We’ll be processing a few soon!
