We are now offering FRESH Alaskan Salmon!
We are supplying our community with fresh salmon straight from Alaska!
Read our supplier amazing story down below 👇
A Family Tradition From Alaska to North Carolina
Meet the Moore family — local residents who bring a taste of Alaska back to the East Coast. Spencer grew up just outside High Point, while Morgan was raised in Alaska, where commercial fishing has been part of her family for three generations. After meeting in college, they married and built their life together in Alaska.
Every summer, the Moores pack up their four kids and head to Bristol Bay for the world’s largest red salmon run — a tradition deeply rooted in Morgan’s family history.
Our salmon are harvested directly from the cold, pristine waters of Bristol Bay, Alaska using sustainable gill-net fishing methods, never farmed. Free from all contaminants that come from farmed practices, our salmon are free, wild, and fresh. Each catch is immediately handled by federally inspected processors, flash-frozen within hours to lock in freshness, texture, and nutrients.
Though they now call our community home, they continue to fish each summer in Alaska — bringing back premium, wild-caught Alaskan salmon they proudly share with local families.
We’re grateful to partner with the Moores as they provide some of the highest-quality (and arguably best-tasting!) salmon you can find anywhere.
We are so excited to offer our customers and community with another fresh delicious option to place on your table!
