If you would like to meet up with farmer Tom and purchase some of his delectable grass fed beef and pastured pork, he will be available to meet up this Monday Nov 4th, 2019 to deliver it. He would love to see you. Might I recommend the tenderloin or any of the steaks. The sausage and pork chops are also excellent. You really can't go wrong. It's finally here! We have pastured pork for sell and it is yummy!

#1 bacon lover said about the sausage "this is better than bacon". And also said while eating a pork chop "This is worth all the work". Not certain whether farmer Tom agrees with the last quote but I think it was worth all his work.

I also have some exciting news for Dallas area folks that I will share once I have the details.

Just some projects going on at the farm. It's why I haven't posted in awhile.

A cabinet for the cabin. Will be a coffee bar. Chosing stain color for trim that will go on kitchen entrance and faux beams in ceiling. A saw buck to hold trees we chainsaw cut to right size for firewood before log splitting them, a new wood shed to keep our firewood dry.

And I didn't think we had much goin on. :) ,

This message a cabin guest left warmed my soul. Especially, "Thank ya'll so much for sharing your little slice of heaven with us" and "When picturing a place where I could grow old and enjoy God's creation, your place couldn't get much closer." It is the reason I happily clean and prepare the cabin for the next guest. So they can experience whatever their soul needs.
