Now on tap, Dark Rye Lager, a collab with the Mountain Ale and Lager Tasters (M.A.L.T.), the local homebrew club. The beer was based on a recipe from MALT member and friend John Van Voorhis. It features base rye malt, Munich rye malt, and crystal rye malt, as well as a kiss of Amarillo and Mosaic hops. 4.0% ABV.

It was a community effort to create the toast beer served at Homebrew Con 2026, which is in Asheville this weekend. donated the malt, donated yeast, and we donated the rest.
$1 from every pint and can goes to the breast cancer charity .

This week we've got:

Monday 6/15: Big Brian Trivia starts at 7pm. Kate will be filling in for Britton. Gift card prizes for the top 3 teams, plus bonus prizes. Additional parking is available in the Truist bank lot. Keep an eye out on Instagram for tonight's trivia categories and a bonus answer.

Tuesday 6/16: Irish Session, open to all musicians, is 4-6pm. Come and play or just listen to the wonderful music. We are also tapping another keg of Chocolate Porter... it's sooo chocolaty! Come get it while it lasts.

Wednesday 6/17: We're tapping a small batch Altbier collab.

Thursday 6/18: We're tapping a collab with the Mountain Ale and Lager Tasters (M.A.L.T.), the local homebrew club, based on member John's recipe. With malt provided by Riverbend and yeast from White Labs, it was a community effort to create the toast beer served at Homebrew Con 2026. Features base rye malt, Munich rye malt, and crystal rye malt, as well as a kiss of Amarillo and Mosaic hops. $1 from every pour and can goes to the breast cancer charity Beer for B***s.

Friday 6/19: is back 4:30-8:30pm. They have hot, fresh pizza, salad, risotto balls along with deicious veg & vegan options. You can even order online before you get here to skip the wait. Just go to their website paperhousepizza.com.

Saturday 6/20: is hosting a Haywood Road cleanup. Start here at the brewery at 10am. Join us for breakfast and then head out to pick up trash. We'll have a cold beer waiting for you when you get back, or you can choose another reward like ice cream from The Hop.

EXTRA PARKING: You can park in the Truist bank lot after 6pm weekdays, after 1pm on Saturday and any time on Sunday.

Now on tap, a small batch of Mannheimer Braunbier. This is a historical German ale from the city of Mannheim, and was once well known across the country in the 1800s. It's brewed with a bit of ginger and juniper berries.

Homebrew Con 2026 held by the American Homebrewers Association is in Asheville next weekend. To celebrate the convention we've brewed several collabs with local homebrewers. We're also tapping a couple of our award winning beers. Here's the lineup:

🍺 6/13 - IRISH EXTRA STOUT: Won Gold at the 2026 World Beer Cup.

Now on tap, a super refreshing Czech Pils collab with our friends at ! This brew is made with local Riverbend's Czech-style Pilsner malt and Czech Saaz hops. 5.0% ABV

This is the first release of a series of beers made for Homebrew Con that's coming to Asheville for the first time. Stay tuned for the rest of the beers we will be tapping.

Now on tap, our New Zealand IPA! This IPA is loaded with New Zealand hops: Superdelic, Waimea, and the Amplifire version of Nelson Sauvin, which concentrates the essential oils from the hop's lupulin glands.

It's giving gooseberry and lychee... very juicy and refreshing. Made with 100% local Riverbend malt. 7.1% ABV
