My new brunch danishes are my recent labor of love project!!

I made the danish dough by hand, laminating it with a rolling pin; no fancy equipment, all love. I wanted to make one of MY favorite pastries which is a cherry pinwheel.

Flakey danish, vanilla bean cream cheese icing, and wh***ey soaked cherries 🍒

My recipe for Pate A Choux ✍️
This is my fool proof recipe for cream puffs, eclairs, and profiteroles - it’s a neutral hallow base to stuff with your favorite fillings (whip cream, pastry cream, or maybe ice cream??)

1/2 milk
1/2 water
8T Butter
1 c AP flour
1 T sugar
1/4 t salt

Super duper easy and so tasty!
