The pairing plates for The Mailroom Wine + Beer Lounge tonight. For the white wines: lavender lemon posset with hand picked wine berries, deviled quail eggs, Turkish stuffed apricots with sweet cream, pistachios and honey, aged cheddar and green apples with thyme, lime infused artichoke dip and crusty bread. For the red wines: Wild mushroom pate, not your meemaw's pimento cheese, chocolate covered walnuts, spicy cheese stuffed dates rolled in pancetta dust, un-cured Genoa salme, sweet/hot pickle and crusty bread. The plates are $26.00. You can also get a platter with both for $50.00. We will also have pre-made charcuterie boards! Smaller $24.00 Larger $30.00

We will be at The Mailroom Wine + Beer Lounge tonight for a wine tasting! The wine list looks amazing. In addition to charcuterie boards, I am also whipping up a really special pairing board, with bites to go with reds and whites. I'm still putting it together (my creativity works well with a time crunch) but I can tell you there will be lemon possets, deviled quail eggs and wild mushroom pate. This is open to the public, come see us and experience a wine tasting at the Mail room!

I use as many wild foraged, home grown and locally made items as I can for my spreads. Our girs are pumping out fresh eggs, the herbs and tomatoes are popping and I had a wonderful morning picking blackberries and wine berries! Can cheaper services be found? Absolutely. Our products are the freshest, most seasonal and reflective of the wild and beautiful place we live in. Every grazing table, board and platter from us is unique, seasonal and unforgettable. We will be vending build your own charcuterie at The Mailroom Wine + Beer Lounge in Canton this Sunday night for trivia. We are also unveiling our new, Not your MeeMaw's pimento cheese. It's made with candied jalapeños and it is so addictive! This shareable board comes with deviled eggs, and hot pickled okra. Come play some trivia, drink some beautiful wine, and have some fancy snacks!
