One of our favorite things about White Labs is the people behind the bar, in the kitchen, and throughout the Kitchen + Tap who help make this place feel welcoming, lively, and uniquely ours. From pouring beers and firing pizzas to keeping the good vibes rolling, our team is what truly brings the taproom to life. This month, we’re excited to spotlight Yoshi; a familiar face around the brewery and an important part of what keeps White Labs running smoothly. 🍻
About Yoshi:
Yoshi has been part of the White Labs team for almost 6 years now! Yoshi says: “I’ve learned more about beer in these six years than I ever thought I’d learn in my whole life. My coworkers affectionately call me ‘Mother Hen’ because I love taking care of things. When I’m not at work, I’m watering my extensive houseplant collection, walking my dogs, or chasing around my toddler. I’m also a hopeless romantic and obsessed with romance novels and K-dramas! When I’m not nerding out, I’m pestering my husband to buy me crafts for my next creative endeavor.”
