If you live in NC you know what kudzu is. It’s everywhere. My friend Ann harvested some yesterday along her driveway and we baked them with olive oil and seasoning and made chips. Wow they were so good. They just melted in our mouths. The kudzu taste was very mild so the species were great.

My son Spencer on the left. Then my son Ren, my mom Jane and a family friend Arria Williams who is running for Buncombe County Schools School Board. We had a great night last night eating take out at home. I didn’t want to be in the picture because I just got my wisdom teeth pulled. Eek. Not feeling so well.
