We’re finally ready to share our big news!! 🎉

We’re thrilled to announce the opening of French Broad Chocolates Macaron & Gift Boutique in downtown Asheville in early October! You can find us right next to the Chocolate Lounge.

The shop will feature the vibrant, naturally colored macarons you’ve come to love, alongside Methodical espresso, our housemade ice cream, bean-to-bar chocolate and confections, and a carefully curated collection of gifts from local and national makers.

A joyful little shop filled with beautiful, delicious things.

Our Maple & Smoked Salt Caramel is a luscious caramel enhanced with sweet maple syrup and smoked salt in a dark chocolate shell.

It's part of our Fall Caramels Collection, and it's a favorite in the upstairs FBC offices, where Sarah (our senior elder millennial marketing manager who writes all these amazing posts) and Jael (the boss) steal them for snacks.

If your kids are still out, come spend a few hours with us at our Chocolate Factory! We offer tours daily at 11am, 1pm, and 3pm, plus cookies, brownies, ice cream, and more in our cafe space. Get some work done, let the kids eat good chocolate, and learn a lil about cacao, too.
