✨Cinnamon Ornaments✨

These smell like the holidays and are so fun to make with the kiddos!
They harden up like clay.

✨Recipe✨

Makes 12 small stars

Ingredients
1 cup ground cinnamon
3/4 cup applesauce
2 tablespoons basic white glue
1 tablespoon ground nutmeg or cloves

* Mix all ingredients together into a dough
*Form ball by kneading with hands
*Dust area with cinnamon to prevent sticking
* Roll out dough to 1/4 in thickness
* Cookie cutters cut out shapes as you’d like
* Repeat until all dough is used
* Place ornaments on parchment paper to dry
* Make hole in top (I used a paintbrush end)
* Takes about 24 hrs to dry or you can bake very low temp 200F checking frequently
* String as you like, these could be cute garland as well

Chive Blossom Vinegar

It’s ready and delicious and just too pretty!

Direction:
Quart size mason jar
Fill 3/4 full of fresh chive blossoms
Fill to top with white vinegar

Cap and gentle shake daily.

2 weeks later enjoy!

Side note, background credit! Peter took off into our forest with a chainsaw and hours later we have a view of the mountains. 🥰
