Here’s Rhubarb! Giving me attitude about the deep snow she trudged through to come get some cuddles. We are in hibernation over here, but that just means farm work is uncomfortable and slower.

What have you been waiting for? Coruscant Farm beef of course! We are officially announcing that we have our pasture grass fed and grass finished beef in stock and available to purchase. Reach out to place an order for local delivery or pickup. Our list of cuts available are on our website at coruscantfarm.com

Our beef is grain free, vaccine free, no antibiotics, and nothing else other than raising them from birth to freezer on our farm. They graze on our pastures and we feed them locally grown hay during winter.

SEED GARLIC is now available! The varieties we have to offer this year are Music (hardneck), Duganski (hardneck) and Lorz Italian (softneck). $22 for 5 bulbs. 2025 Garlic 🧄 Harvest is cured and good 👌 to go! We grew stellar bulbs this year and they are definitely giving the tastiest garlic vibes. (I ate a few bulbs already). And later this season we will have a bumper crop of seed quality heads available (reach out to reserve!) In the meantime, our smaller culinary-friendly garlic bulbs will be for sale at our farmstand starting this week! Varieties we have are Music, Duganski, and Lorz Italian softneck.
