A little preview of the salad season ahead 🌿🥗

We are thrilled to be supplying salads for Pike Box CSA this year! As our mountain soil warms up for the growth of our veggies we are thankful for our friends and for the delicious Asian Greens and Radishes in the salads this week! There’s something special about neighbors helping neighbors grow!

As the seasonal veggies begin to come in from our fields, be on the look out for our weekly salad in our Farm Store!

Opening weekend of our Farm Store was a success!

We’re so excited to keep stocking our shelves with goodies from our local farm friends, along with everyday basics and necessities for both locals and passing travelers. Thank you for all the support, we can’t wait to see you again! 🌱⛰️

Fresh starts are blooming around the farm 🌱

This down season has been full of long days, big dreams, and a whole lot of hard work behind the scenes as we have been giving the farm a major revamp. We are so excited to finally share a little of what is coming 👀

🥕 fresh new logo
🥕 Farm store opening soon (5/16)
🥕 U-Pick blackberries in 2027
🥕 Historic Barn restoration beginning this summer

Our farm store will be stocked with essentials for locals and travelers headed to the park, plus farm favorites like:

🥩 local lamb (), beef, chicken & salmon
🍯 honey
💜 local lavender products
🥬 fresh veggies & microgreens
🥗 grab & go salads and soups
🍞baked goods ()

We planted our very first blackebrry rows this spring, with blueberries going in this fall as we begin our U-Pick journey! 🫐 U-Pick blackberries coming in 2027!!

This next chapter means so much to our family and we are beyond grateful to have this community alongside us!
