WE TOOK FIRST PLACE IN NEW YORK CITY! 🏆🌶️

Lisa the Truffle Queen won a 1st Place Screaming MiMi Award (part of the NYC Hot Sauce Expo) and this one means a lot to me.

The Screaming MiMis are one of the most respected awards in the hot sauce world, with sauces from makers around the world judged on the stuff that actually matters: flavor, balance, texture and heat.

And if you’ve had Lisa the Truffle Queen, you know why I’m so proud of this sauce. We use fire-roasted organic peppers and REAL wild-foraged Italian truffles. No truffle flavoring. No fillers. When I collaborate with businesses, it’s never just about putting a logo on a bottle. I work closely with each partner to develop a custom sauce based on their preferences, then pair it with intentional label design and storytelling. Every collaboration is produced in limited batches so it feels special, giftable, and memorable.
