The cheapest pump on the quote sheet is almost never the cheapest pump.

Wood Equipment Company will be at WaterJAM 2026, the joint annual meeting of the Virginia Water Environment Association and the Virginia Section of AWWA, taking place September 14 to 17 at the Virginia Beach Convention Center.

Net Positive Suction Head, or NPSH, is one of the most misunderstood pump concepts in industrial applications.
