Noticed a request that I post something, as I had no posted in several days. It had been a couple of weeks. I just previously explained thatGary and I had gone on an extended trip to visit relatives - partlyjust catching up, and partly a Thanksgiving celebration. It was a huge success on all counts. A great holiday with special meaning, and a long overdue catching up with family.

Dec 1. haven't posted for a few days.Spent a few days traveling and visiting with my Dad, brothers and extended family in North Carolina. It had been awhile since I'd traveled there to visit with them - and the visit was very good for me, and Gary, and I hope for them. Back home now and have a lot of catching up to do with gardening and makingcollected herb material into tinctures and creams and salves.Also have some unfinished work with a jewelrymakingproject. Also have someunpacking and restockingfrombelongings that had gone with us to the family visit. And some catching up getting my computer sites updated. I probablyhavemissed some messages in the past few weeks. Hoping I can catch upand get messages updated.

Mostly bright skies with Lightclouds,and happybirdsong all around the house.Had one of those good news visitors this morning-friend who'dbeenalitle downwas showing renewedinterest in a long-lovedactivity...AVERYgoodsign that there may be some healing going on. A reason togive some praiseand feel some hope.

soI just got a note that the people who know me here haven't heardfrom me in awhile,so i should post something

I think the techno-nag blinked or overslept or soething,'cause all I did get a little sleep last night,got up early and made it to water aerobics at the Wellness center only minute or two late. Did get a good workout and best of all,a long bubbly soak in the hot tub. Gary was busy getting groceries from the Pig while I was being a pool and hot-tub rat. Once we got home and unloaded, it was past time for me to get a cup of coffee and help get breakfast on the table.
