🚨Midwest Sale Preview 🚨

Three head will be traveling to Sedalia on Tuesday for the inaugural Finnsheep show and sale at the Midwest Stud Ram Sale. Additional information on the entries below their respective photo(s).

Show is Thursday 6/11 and sale is Friday 6/12.

Graduation day! 🎓

Average 60-day weights clocked in at 42 lb with an ADG of 0.6 lb/day. Some ram lambs topped the scales gaining 3/4 lb or more per day 💥

455 outdid herself again - produced quintuplets and raised three herself while the milk machine took care of the other two. She weaned off 153 lb of lamb (triplets), and add in the machine babies, over 225 lb of lamb from one ewe! 🐑

She is closely followed by first-timer Razzle weaning off 147 lb (triplets).

Sale Post!

Black piebald ram lamb born on 3/19 out of ewe #35061 and by ram #35915. Triplet out of first timer at 5.7 lbs. Weaned at 50 lb at 70 days - over half pound ADG! Dam placed third at Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival as a yearling. Dam line is big, about 160 lb and he has the mass to match. I’d love to see him add that strength to another flock! Please message for updated photos and pricing.

Sale Post!!

Black piebald ewe lamb born 3/18 out of ewe #32654 by ram #34034. She is from a set of triplets born at 3.5 lbs apiece. Weaned at 34 lb at 70 days of age. Though she is compact, she is super correct. She has the start of a beautiful fleece. Dam consistently produces and raises triplets every year. Half sister had quintuplets unassisted this year. Please message for more photos and price!
