Assistant Bread Baker: We have an immediate opening in our bread baking team. This is a production job that includes mixing, shaping, and baking bread for wholesale and retail customers. We understand that professional baking experience is rarely found on resumes. That's okay! We're excited to train team members willing to learn. Candidates must be able to work with a high level of skill, efficiency, and accuracy. Shifts begin at 3am. Dependability is essential. Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.

Dishwasher: We are looking for 2 part ime dishwashers. Shifts will be scheduled 10-4 Monday-Friday and 8-2 on the weekends. All of our dishes are cleaned by hand in a 4-basin sink. Dishwashers will also be responsible for some laundry and may be assigned some kitchen prep projects.

A big THANK YOU to School District of Washburn for hooking us up with cherry tomatoes and Japanese cucumbers. These beautiful vegetables were grown and sold by their agripreneur program. We plan to incorporate them into offerings in our deli case. Great job, students!!!

Friends of ABC, as much as we had hoped to reopen on Thursday, we need an extra day to finish our projects. We will open on Friday 6/26. The original post has been updated to reflect our updated timeline.

We will be closed Sunday 6/21-Thursday 6/25 for repairs and upgrades. On Saturday 6/20 our hours will be reduced, 7am-4pm. The bakery will re-opening Friday 6/26. It may take us a couple days to have our full line of offerings back in stock.

We appreciate your understanding and patience. We’ll miss you and can’t wait to serve you again on Thursday!
