We are enjoying some visits to other local businesses this summer! We feel lucky to have so many amazing things to experience in our community, and it's so fun to watch the girls explore life and learn about how to support local small businesses! Lina did all the hard work a few weekends ago so she could share some fresh blueberries with Lana . . . it looks like she had a blast though!

Our girls aren't quite old enough to dye eggs, but luckily they can hunt for all the colors right in the brooder boxes. Never a dull moment on the farm! On Friday we went out to give our goats grain, only to find these two newbies running out to greet us! Luckily their mom is a good nurser and we are not having to bottle feed or hold her down for feedings like last spring. Our plan is to keep our 4 miniature goats for FM Family Farm, but we will rehome our full sized goats with their babies to a fellow farmer who plans to work with the tribe here to use them for goatscaping invasive species. Glad they will be going to a good home and helping out our community!
