Congratulations, Jackie B. and Nick C., winners of today's Umpqua Bank First Friday raffle! They've each won their choice of an 8" pumpkin pie, or a 1 lb bag of granola! What a fun afternoon with my friends at the bank! And a great chance to meet some new neighbors! I'm so glad we moved here!! :)

Here we go, friends! Mama Bear's Kitchen is making our Ashland debut at Umpqua Bank on Pioneer Street today from 11:00 - 3:00! There will be cake pops for purchase, and pumpkin pie samples to entice you to order for your holiday celebrations (or late night indulgences)! Margaret will welcome you from 11:00 - 1:30, and Mama Bear (Michelle) will be there from 1:30 - 3:00 - please come by, say hello, and enter our drawing for a free 8" pumpkin pie, and/or a free one-pound bag of granola! What an amazing time at the SBDC Small Business Expo today! Met some great people, took a game-changing seminar, and I'm completely inspired to reboot Mama Bear's Kitchen in Ashland! Here's the plan, friends... internet and small local sales first, then grow in phases over the next couple of years to become a full cafe and Teahouse!! Bear with me (no pun intended) while I deal with some small growing pains - like getting the website back up and running - but Mama Bear's coming out of a long hibernation. Check back often and hang on for the ride - it's going to be awesome! :)
