We currently raise chickens, rabbits, goats, and cattle on pasture. Our emphasis is restoring degraded and under-utilized prairie landscape through the managed rotational grazing of these species. We utilize the innate strengths and weaknesses of each animal to add topsoil, increase biodiversity, and restore a natural carbon cycle. Cooper’s due date is today. It’s weird that he was supposed to be inside this whole time. I’m so happy about how far he’s come and amazed by what modern medicine can do. Love to all the friends and family who have helped us keep going. He should be home soon.

Hey folks, we try to keep a full selection of pork, chicken and lamb year round so customers can reliably purchase from us even if you don't have chest freezers yourselves. As we near spring we are selecting what will be sold at market this year, but that leaves us with a limited supply between now and farmers market season.

If you’re interested in chicken thighs, drumsticks, or breasts we have a some left. Otherwise you'll need to wait until July. Please message, email or call for details!
