We currently raise chickens, rabbits, goats, and cattle on pasture. Our emphasis is restoring degraded and under-utilized prairie landscape through the managed rotational grazing of these species. We utilize the innate strengths and weaknesses of each animal to add topsoil, increase biodiversity, and restore a natural carbon cycle. Meat is offered to our customers through bulk orders, on-farm pick-up in Red Wing, CSA drops, and individual retail sales. [email protected] for more information. Cooper’s due date is today. It’s weird that he was supposed to be inside this whole time. I’m so happy about how far he’s come and amazed by what modern medicine can do. Love to all the friends and family who have helped us keep going. He should be home soon.
