Sweet potato burger bowl. A go to meal after a long day. All it takes is ground beef seasoned to your liking, roots sweet potato croutons, and toppings of your choice. My favorites are sliced cheese, avocado, tomatoes, and a simple sour cream and jalapeño sauce.
