🚨iPAD CARHOPS WANTED — GRINGO'S GRILL | ASHLAND
We’re looking for 1–2 people who can start now, but we’re also starting to build the crew for what Gr**go’s Grill is becoming next.

Gr**go’s Grill is hiring for our new car-hop service in Ashland!

💰$11–$15/hour + TIPS
🍔 Previous serving or BOH/kitchen experience = higher pay considered
⏰ Immediate need: 1–2 people | Monday–Thursday | 11 a.m.–2 p.m.
🌙 We’re building toward a 3–5 person crew, with plans to add more hours and evening service as the right team comes together.

We’re looking for people who are dependable, competitive, and comfortable moving fast.

🎓For college students, we understand schedules change. Classes, practices, games, travel and academics come first, and we’re willing to build around that when we have the right crew.

If you already know how to take an order, hustle food to a car and take care of guests, come make tips doing it. Bring a pay stub and we will pay $1 more than your current rate.

If you bring more experience than this position requires—chef, kitchen leadership, management or restaurant operations—please reach out anyway! The right person may be worth building a bigger role around, so let's talk.

Hello everyone!

The Gr**go and his Grill are back full-time this week at Iron Wing Parts, 1111 Faultless Drive!

The past few weeks for us have been a reminder that life brings both celebrations and difficult moments. In July, we spent time cooking for our family reunion and celebrating our nation’s 250th birthday while also being there for one another through life’s harder moments. It’s been a busy season, but we’re excited to be back where we belong.

NEXT! We’re also proud to announce we’re now serving fresh, never frozen, locally sourced beef from Ashland's own Turk Brothers Custom Meats!

And for everyone who’s been asking—breakfast is back! We’ll be serving our breakfast tacos and burritos at the next Iron Wing Parts Cars & Coffee this coming Saturday, August 8th from 8-11am.

Thank you Ashland for your patience and support. We appreciate every meal, every conversation, and every familiar face. I look forward to seeing y’all this week. Come say hello and tour the Iron Wing Parts showroom floor now open to the public! 9a - 4pm.
