THREE GENERATIONS — AND THE TRADITION IS STILL IN THE BLOOD. 🌶️🔥

Sometimes you look at an old picture and wonder… where did the time go?

One picture shows our youngest son as a little kid behind the counter, already learning the Pop’s way. Then you look at him today — grown up and standing behind the grill, carrying on the family tradition.

And then there’s our oldest son, making a batch of Pop’s Original Screamer Sauce — the same family tradition that has been passed down from generation to generation.

These two aren't just working in the family business. They ARE the third generation of Pop’s Original.

They grew up around the grills, the smell of the sauce cooking, the Screamers, the customers, and all the craziness that comes with Pop’s.

Three generations. One family tradition.

A lot has changed since 1949, but the heart of Pop’s Original hasn't.

The tradition is in the blood. The recipe is in the family. And the next generation is keeping the Scream alive.

🎉 Happy 34th Birthday to my son, Nick! 🎉

A lot of people see Pop’s Original and know the Screamers, the sauce, and the tradition behind it. But what they might not know is just how much Nick does behind the scenes.

He’s more than my son and more than someone who works here — he’s the backbone, the heart and soul of Pop’s Original. He puts in the long hours, keeps things moving, and is always there when I need him.

I couldn’t be prouder to have my son standing beside me, helping carry on what our family started so many years ago.

So if you see Nick today, make sure you wish him a Happy 34th Birthday!
