My first gluten free sourdough boule!

… It’s delicious! & I actually want to keep eating it. 👏

Not bad for my first try! It didn’t rise enough, but it’s not dense or gummy. Nice bubbly crumb, moist like … bread! & it doesn’t need toasted to be edible. Nice & sour. I would eat this every day. Still, best gluten free bread I’ve ever eaten. Tastes like a real sourdough baguette this way. & I can only do better from here. 👍 No more $$$ spent on mediocre store bought gluten free bread.

I’ve been gluten free for 13 years. So it’s time to enjoy real BREAD again … worth my effort! 😉
