We are happy to announce that we will be processing deer this fall. But our smoker is up and running now so if you have any venison in the freezer and want to have it made into something delicious let us take care if that for you.

We are able to smokies,hot dogs, and summer sausage. The prices are $5 a pound for regular smokies and hotdogs, and $6 a pound with cheese. We have cheddar cheese and Hot Pepper cheese available.

You will need 15 pounds of venison and we will add pork or beef fat to the lean meat.
