+Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or Head Cook (minimum 2–3 years)
+Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards & health code compliance
+Experience with inventory management, ordering & cost control
+Ability to manage vendor relationships and oversee food & supply orders
+Ability to lead, train & motivate a kitchen team
+Skill in managing prep schedules and maintaining quality & consistency
