Art and I sadly and regretfully are having to put UptheHill Farm on hold due to problems with low water levels of our well. We will not be able to continue this season as venders at the Northfield Farmer's Market and it is unknown at this point if our ginger and turmeric will be able to be harvested. If we do end up having a harvestable amount we will be sure to post it's availability.

We tried a new variety of ginger this year. It's called the Big Kahuna and it has lived up to the expectations of its name.

UP THE HILL FARM – WINTER BREAD & PRETZEL CSA SIGNUP
Sign up now, and three times per month (October – May) you’ll receive a loaf of our home-made bread or eight pretzels delivered to a central location (probably in Northfield.) That’s twenty-four loaves for $110.00, payable in advance. Each week, you can tell us what you want for the next delivery:
• Local Sourdough
• Cloud Bread
• Country White
• Country Wheat
• Country Multi-grain
• Eight Plain Salt or Salt & Garlic Pretzels
To make this work, we need at least a dozen subscribers, and we reserve the right to limit subscriptions. If you’re interested, please email or message us; be sure to include your name, email or phone, and your preferred delivery day . We’ll get back to you with a firm schedule and delivery schedule. If you are still interested we will ask for your payment at that time.
