Our hogs hang ~280lbs+
Included in the cost is your bacon and hams being smoked and two bulk sausage flavors
These will be processed at Coffaros

Our Black angus beef steers go the last week in December. I HAVE THREE WHOLE STEERS AVAILABLE. These will also be processed at Coffaros.
We charge $6/lbs hanging. Average cost per 1/4 is $1,200
These are pasture raised grain finished black angus steers.

The meat you get back is single sourced means it comes from one animal. One animal that was born and raised on our farm.

Update on the stand for this weekend-

The stand will remain closed this weekend, I’ve unfortunately blown out my back again and cannot stand for 12-14hours to bake, and package everything. I will be open next weekend tho and am open to requests for baked goods I’ve been making a lot of sweets and want to switch over to some savory breads etc. so please give me ideas to make!

Ps. Not being able to walk or do anything sucks ass.
