We have just put a whole grass fed beef in the freezer at the processor to be sold in 25 pound boxes that are $200 each. Boxes include 8 - 10 pounds of steak (variety of ribeye, T-bone, sirloin or cube), 1 roast that is 2 - 3 pounds, and the remainder is hamburger meat. You can also purchase 1/4, 1/2, or whole beef for $4.50 pound hanging weight (does not include skin, head, feet or guts). This does include the processing fee. A 20% non-refundable deposit is needed.
