The BEST brownies I've ever put in my mouth! Aspen Brownie Works recently gave away samples to a bunch of folks, remember? Well, Jim was kind enough to send us an assortment of 6, 4 oz. brownies: Chocolate Chip, Expresso Dark Chocolate, Raspberry, Peanut Butter, Toffee and Walnut Caramel.
They use only quality, natural ingredients (like Ghirardelli chocolate), so I thought they might be tasty. Tasty just doesn't describe it! Hmm, try delectable, mouth watering, savory, scrumptious, divine, heavenly…..ok, you get the idea
When you first unwrap the brownie, it looks homemade ('cause it is), one that you would find after baking it, yourself. It has a soft little crunch to the outside and then on the inside, that soft, almost gooey sensation you expect from a "fresh from the oven" brownie.
Aspen Brownie Works really is one of those places you really want to purchase from. Their homey, down to earth approach to baking, their dedication to philanthropic efforts….not to mention, their brownies just can't be beat! Thanks, Jim!
