If you’re stopping in for lunch while on the mountain, get into the spirit right off the bat by ordering a warm and bubbly serving of fondue, or baked robiola. Try the raclette — slices of cheese that you heat in little trays and enjoy with cornichons, potatoes, and air-dried beef.
