An evening of Cider & Song is on Tap for next Thursday 8/20 as the vereable Chuck Darwin & The Knuckle-Draggers descend on South Street for a Cider Party at the PHS Pop Up Garden. For a cidery that boasts multiple Horticulture degrees, working the the Pennsylvania Horticulture Society is a true pleasure. And we're bringing our newest creation Cherrybyrd to the party as well! Cherrybyrd is here! We blended our own Montmorency tart cherries with Wickson and Winter Banana apples to create a fruity, dry-finishing cider with cherries. This pink-hued beverage has much of the same appeal as our beloved Birdwatcher - the Cedar Waxwing to our Eastern Bluebird. And if you’ve hung out in a cherry orchard long enough, you’ve seen a thieving Cedar Waxwing or two. If you’re eager to try this cider, next Wednesday 8/19, our friends at American Sardine Bar are hosting the Featherweight Clash! You can see how it matches up against Birdwatcher! Headed out to Ploughman Taproom & Pip’s soon after! Huge cheers for KeithWarrenGreiman & Corey Danks on the creative side of this pretty package.
