More Chicken Parmesan Meatballs - these are SO versatile, I don't even know what category to put them in :)

In a Bowl: Minced Chicken, Onion, Parmesan, Bread Crumbs, Garlic, Parsley, and an Egg. (I also added some Chili Flakes for a little kick)

Form into balls, place on a baking sheet, Brush with Tomato sauce and cook at 400 for 15 minutes. Take out, top with MORE cheese and throw back in the oven for another 5 minutes. Top with more sauce if you like :) Enjoy!!
