A Straight American Single Malt Whiskey inspired by the working waterfronts, rugged coastlines, and maritime heritage of Astoria, Oregon.

Crafted grain-to-glass in Astoria from 100% malted barley, matured in new American hand-fired oak barrels, and bottled non-chill filtered.

This is our coast, in a glass.

Spend an evening learning the fundamentals of cocktail making while enjoying hands-on instruction from the Pilot House team. You'll create delicious vodka cocktails, pick up tips and techniques you can use at home, and enjoy a fun night out with fellow cocktail enthusiasts.
