Celebrate 100 years of the Astoria Column with a special-edition Astoria Column Czech Pils. ✨

Join the festivities Saturday, July 18, from 11 AM–4 PM at the Astoria Column Centennial Celebration in Heritage Square. The Buoy Taproom will be the official b**r garden, pouring our commemorative Czech Pils, while Pilot House Distilling serves specialty cocktails inspired by the iconic gliders launched above Astoria. 🍻🍸

Come raise a glass to 100 years of history, community, and one of the best views on the Oregon Coast. 🌅⛰️🌊🌌

🍙 ONIGIRI PILS
Brewed in collaboration with Baeren B**r of Morioka, Japan, Onigiri Pils is our contribution to this year’s Fuji to Hood Festival.

This Czech-style pilsner honors the shared flagship style of both breweries while taking inspiration from one of Japan’s most beloved comfort foods: the onigiri. Brewed with Hitomebore rice, Noda sea salt from the Morioka region, and white sesame seeds, it delivers a crisp, refreshing profile with subtle depth and a gently toasty finish.

Onigiri Pils will be pouring at Fuji to Hood, an international collaboration festival celebrating Japanese and Oregon craft b**r, food, music, art, and culture. This year, 25 breweries and cideries from Japan are traveling to Oregon to debut collaboration beverages created with local makers and special ingredients from Japan.
