We had Oak Pit Catering for our wedding and the food was absolutely incredible! We had a great experience at our tasting, and everything was just as delicious on the wedding day. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about the food!What really stood out to us was the day-of service. Their team made sure we were completely taken care of as the bride and groom, they set aside a tray of appetizers just for us and made sure we were the first through the buffet line so we actually had a chance to eat and enjoy everything. Those little touches meant so much on such a busy day!The entire team was incredible and helped make our wedding day feel seamless and stress-free. Their pricing is also truly amazing for the quality, amount of food, and level of service you receive. We would absolutely recommend Oak Pit Catering to anyone looking for delicious food and a wonderful team for their wedding or special event!

There are so many moving parts to what we do, but at the end of the day, Oak Pit Catering is nothing without the incredible people behind the scenes pulling it all together.

From early morning preps to setting up in the field and serving late into the evening, this team works endlessly to make every single event happen. It’s hot, fast-paced, and demanding work, but everyone shows up, brings their best energy, and handles every detail with so much heart. The dedication, hustle, and genuine care each person brings to the pit and the table is what keeps this operation running strong.

I’m beyond grateful to work alongside such solid, grounded individuals. Thank you for always showing up, pushing through the crazy hours, and being the real driving force behind everything we do. We simply couldn't do it without you.

We used Oak Pit Catering for our rehearsal dinner and truly could not have been happier! We wanted a taco bar, and they made it happen - it was absolutely delicious! Everyone complimented the food and left full and happy!! Michael was there to answer all of my questions, and he and his team were responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind!! Highly recommend!

My fiancé and I were extremely impressed with our menu tasting with Michael! The food was absolutely delicious. We are obsessed with the garlic pig shots! Michael was extremely friendly and walked us through an entire preview of what our catering services would look like. He was very accommodating and helpful. We look forward to booking him for our wedding.

Most people know us for the smoke and the oak, but the party doesn’t stop at the smoker. We’ve been perfecting our bar program to make sure the drinks are just as memorable as the tri-tip.

Case in point: our Wh***ey Sour. We do it the old-school way—shaken with egg whites for that silky, pillowy foam and finished with a few precise drops of bitters. It’s the perfect refreshing counterpoint to a plate of savory, wood-fired BBQ.
