The Mexican spread continues! Beef Enchiladas, Mexi Rice, Black Beans, Housemade Tortilla Chips, Housemade Fire Roasted Salsa, Ramble Queso, Chunky Guacamole, and Chipotle Sour Cream with all the extra "fixings"-- lettuce, tomatoes, onions & olives. As always.. Ramble Creek Cakes Chocolate Chip or Oatmeal Raisin cookies for a sweet ending to a perfect mid-week meal will be included with purchase. YUM! Vegan folks--We have wonderful individual and family options available as well!
