Kuck-Krafted from our family to yours! Kuck's Tapping & Sapping was established in Spring 2007 after Justin's uncle decided to sell us all of the equipment. Justin always had a hand in helping out in the woods & cooking syrup so it was an easy decision. Big changes have been made since then...rather than cooking on an open pan we now have a 'sap shack', evaporator and RO to help us out. Spring of

2013 will also be our first year with pipeline (500 trees was a bit too much to collect from bags)

Athens has a lot of big things happening these days, but that small town feel is stronger than ever.

Having a new coffee & flower shop in town is such a great addition for us locals and visitors passing through. The building is beautiful - the perfect spot to browse for some great finds at Lauries and sip some coffee and relax at Black Creek Coffee.

As always, life has been busy and we haven't found time for social media posts, but we're still here. We had a good syrup season and now working on post season clean up.

Today we had a great crew helping pull taps and made "quick" work out of the 3,000ish taps we got around to.

We are grateful for everyone's help as it's not a glorious job by any means. Always a lot of laughs and a little mud involved though 😉
